Here is this week's taper leading into the second of back to back racing. Monday and Tuesday were sick days. Wednesday was all three easy. Thursday was a time trial on the bike with some hard efforts followed by 4 x 1200's on the track where I somehow ran 4:05's. Friday was a hard effort swim and a spin on the bike. Saturday was a hard effort swim followed by a 15 minute run. I'm feeling good. We're about to head into a heat wave and well, San Francisco is pretty spectacular on warm sunny days. Makes training damn easy.
